S.D.I (Sustainable · Design · Intelligence) builds its practice on three core principles — sustainability, design and intelligence, driving full-scope, full-process, full-discipline integrated management of building development and low-carbon architecture. Our central task is to integrate land development, architectural design, engineering coordination, financial planning and interior fit-out across disciplines, using IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) and integrated delivery mechanisms to build a project platform for managing the entire building life cycle.

Sustainability Strategy

S.D.I fully integrates the EEWH green building label, the LEBR low-carbon building evaluation system and the BERS building energy rating system. Centred on low-carbon design, energy efficiency and healthy environments, and delivered through IPD project management and cross-disciplinary collaboration, we advance net-zero building practice across the full life cycle — from land development and architectural design to construction management and interior fit-out.

We also draw on green financial instruments — sustainability-linked loans, green building finance and ESG funds — to build a performance-driven investment and financing structure that connects with policy incentives, forming a policy × finance × architecture triple driver.
